About Us

Background and Concept Rationale
The birth of CORPORATE AFRICA INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION is therefore to complement the efforts that are there aimed at addressing the root causes of poverty, ignorance and fear, discrimination and violence against poor and disadvantaged older men and women, young girls, minors, people with special needs and people with disabilities. Promoting peace and protect the human rights of women, men, girls and boys in conflict, post-conflict and transitional settings and ensure perpetrators are punished. There is need for call, commitment and responsive action for community transformation in Malawi. World leaders, companies, NGOs, and other stakeholders must move from talk to purposeful call, commitment and responsive action to transform our communities. We call for well-balanced leadership, respect and value difference, development of more inclusive and flexible cultures or root out workplace bias. Each of us can be a leader within our own spheres of influence and commit to take pragmatic action to accelerate community transformation
